This Bill, recognizing that Incentives are needed to convince more of our citizens to enlist in the Military, recognizing that more troops are needed to defend our borders from illegal crossings and successfully prosecute the War on Terrorism, and recognizing the honorable deeds of todays' U.S Soldiers and those of the past, Proposes a 100% pay raise for members of the military in all branches of the military who are in the lower half of the military pay-scale for the Branch of Service they are in, and also proposes a yearly 100% of pay Bonus to all members of The Military.
