I propose that we create a caucus dedicated to the removal of all American forces from Iraq immediately. Nearly 4,000 coalition forces have been killed in action in Iraq 3,002 of them Americans. This is a bi-partisan caucus that seeks to build consensus amongst the congressional delegations under a banner of bringing our American fighting men and women home.
