SMC-SOG

Hi all, just wanted to drop in and say hi here as it seems like the best place. Right now I dont play but I will most likely be playing with SMC-SOG found at http://www.smcsog-paintball.org/ . I am very new to the sport and have yet to get my marker (Gunna be a basic A-5 for now) but should be soon. I myself am a former Marine and Dan Steuber who runs SMC-SOG is also a former Marine. He had a team yrs ago and is not going to be home from overseas and is looking to get the team reassembled. I have talked to runningbear over on milsim empire and he has invited us to scrimmage you all if we can get the personnel together to do it. I hope to also come and play with you all for fun soon in rochester and at the Jello Factory once I get my marker and stuff. Hope to meet you all soon.

Thanks, yeah we are darn close. Sorry I dont recognize the name, im an old fart, lol, how old is Nick and which school did he go to? I'm a '92 Albion grad.

I dont know if this is a disabled function or not but I check "Notify me when a reply is posted" but I never get emails to let me know someone has replied.

No worries, thanks for the welcome and hey, there's nuttin wrong with being 18, I wish I could do it over again, or at least have had paintball back in the day.

I was down near Wellsville yesterday for work and took a lil detour on the way home and stopped by GRC Paintball, man they have a village field and it was pretty freakin kewl. They have a few events this month too. Anyone play there b4?

yep, we won our first 2 MVT's there, great field.
We had a problem with a few of the refs getting drunk while the game was still running and another problem with the scenario sponcor there as well.
